Best part was he is a licensed contractor as well so we were able to keep multiple projects under one umbrella vs piece-mail. Overall a good experience with Kimberlin Family Roofing. Communication in the beginning was lacking but once Daniel, the owner, took on our case it was smooth sailing from there on out. Roof got done in a timely manner. Paint took awhile to get done due to weather and our insurance company. Daniel also helped talk with our insurance company and thoroughly explained everything to us. I’d recommend this company for your roofing needs. If communication from office staff was great from the beginning, this would have been a 5 star review. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
I’ve been Dan Kimberlin’s insurance broker for Kimberlin Family Roofing a couple years now and have referred several of my clients who needed contract work done whether on their roofs, gutters, or painting, etc. The feedback I always get is that they have great customer service and really strive to take care of their clients they are helping. We hired Kimberlin Family Roofing when their salesman, Jared, came to our door after the hail storm through our neighborhood in June 2023. We couldn’t have been more happy with their service from beginning to end. Jared, Daniel, and Taylor were quick with their responses and communication. Their crew was very considerate of our property, nothing else was damaged (IE, no crushed plants), and everything was neat and clean afterward; there were no nails or debris left on the property. The inspection passed the first time the inspector looked it at. I would definitely hire Kimberlin Family Roofing again!
