Great experience! Daniel and Wes were working in our neighborhood and offered to inspect our roof. From the first identification of hail damage to the end of the project Daniel took care of everything. I am thankful for his project management and professionalism. He followed up with our insurance, worked with EcoMark Solar to have panels removed, stored and replaced, and handled repair of unexpected fascia damage. Great communication throughout the process.

Kimberlin Family Roofing was very professional and ensured that all concerns were handled quickly. From the moment Jon showed up to inspect the roof until the work was complete, they were constantly in communication about the schedule, and answering any questions I had.

When unforeseen damage was found on my existing decking, Dan made sure to let me know, took me up on the roof and showed me the damage. We discussed each damaged piece and decided together which spots were critical and needed repaired, and which ones would be okay if they were not immediately repaired.

Dan also worked with me a great deal as far as payment on the work done. Kimberlin Family Roofing went back and forth with the insurance company doing everything they could to ensure the insurance would approve and pay for the work, as well as the additional damage discovered after the work had started.

Highly recommend Kimberlin Family Roofing and will be using them in the future if I ever need more work done!

I love this company!!! I had Taylor inspect my roof when we had damage from the wind and hail storm last year. I was expecting to have to deal with the insurance company myself to have the damage repaired. I only had to give about an hour out of my busy day to speak with Taylor about what was damaged and to verify that I authorized Taylor to deal with the insurance company for me. I was so thankful for Taylor's help with my insurance company. His crew was so amazing! They cleaned up after themselves and always made sure they were not going to damage my property when tearing down my old roof. I appreciated the concern for my car in my drive and my trees. I used them twice, this year my fence blew down in December with the wind storm and now I have a beautiful new fence I love!!!! Thank you Taylor and your crew, you guys are amazing and I am so blessed I chose your company. :) You all truly care about customer service and how your clients needs!

We were extremely pleased with their work, and they worked with our insurance agent very well. They were always on time and their cleanup at the end of the job was super! They removed an evaporative cooler and repaired the roof and repaired the hole in our hallway to the point that it can't be seen. There was no loud music, just professionalism throughout their crew. We would recommend them, and would certainly not hesitate to use them again!

I have dealt with contractors before and none come close to the quality experience I got with this roofing company.
